This is pretty reasonably priced. I assumed it was a RHD import. But nope.
IMO its the right color, tastefully modified and being a that the last owner had. For a long time it was probably well cared for. Because if you owned an Rx7 for 21 years you either learned at lot about it or had a really good rotory guy on speed dial.

Have you ever seen a rotory phone speed dial? They did exist any are kind of fascinating.
Okay I swear I’ve seen a video of a rotory phone dialing itself turning to each number on its own, but I can’t find anything like it now so maybe that was a dream or some thing lol.

Hmmm, there are some things I don’t like - fart can and rear valance top the list - but that looks very well cared for.
My wife’s RX350 came from that dealer - as did my old GS350. They’ve treated us quite fairly.

I feel like there are numerous mods on this car but overall it is in fantastic condition. Given the market for FD’s this is a good price and one could easily remove some of the more obtrusive mods easily and make this a bit easier to look at.

There appears to be a considerable amount of work done in the engine bay to convert it to single turbo. The Mazda system was notoriously a nightmare of vacuum hoses and stuff, but even at 21 years owned I’d be worried that the turbo system had special weird requirements the dealer couldn’t tell me about (remember, rotaries can be very fussy, which I know because I own one), or that the single turbo was de-tuned and so conservative it neutered the whole experience. The price isn’t THAT far off a mainly stock one, as far as I can recall, just won’t have a 21-year PO.

Yea, that fart can looks super droopy
and likely has picked up
a few pounds of asphalt from ground strikes.

Yeah, it looks terrible. I also hate the wheel centers - they're drilled for several different lug patterns, which always looks bad unless they're covered with caps.

Honda Phoenix yellow, yes. BMW phoenix yellow I really only like on the M3 and M coupe/roadster.
